Large-Scale Capacity
A total of eight molding machines — static, tilt-pour and three-way — produce huge quantities of castings. Production lot sizes range from a few hundred for large castings, to greater than 1000, more typically.  Wide Size Range Capability
Casting size ranges from small to large. The majority produced weigh less than 20 pounds, fewer between 20 to 50 pounds; several exceed 50 pounds. Moderately Complex Castings
A high level of process ability comes about through hands-on experience producing castings for demanding markets, for example, fluid power castings. Fluid power castings typically call for extensive coring; cores may be made of sand or metal. Generally, these castings require high standards of pressure tightness and machinability. Success is achieved through gating expertise, rigorous metal control, and state-of-the-art heat-treat equipment.
